Skillsfy - Institute of Technology (operating from Civic Center, Jabalpur, MP - 482002) acts as the Data Fiduciary regarding the personal information collected from students, visitors, and affiliates.

2. Information We Collect

Identity & Contact: Full legal name, WhatsApp phone number, email address, city.
Academic Data: Course enrollment progress, module quiz scores, certificate hashes.
Financial Records: Transaction IDs generated via Razorpay (we do NOT store raw card details or CVVs).
Affiliate Payout Details: PAN card number and verified UPI ID / Bank IFSC for TDS compliance.

3. Purpose of Processing & Consent

Your data is processed solely for delivering LMS access, issuing verified certificates, providing WhatsApp academic support, and processing authorized payments. We do NOT sell or lease student data to third-party telemarketers.

4. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Students have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal information by emailing theskillsfy@gmail.com.
