1. 7-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee

At Skillsfy - Institute of Technology, we stand behind the quality and practical rigor of our curriculum. We offer an unconditional 7-Day Action-Based Refund Guarantee for the Standard Course (AI + Digital Business Masterclass, ₹2,999).

If you have consumed less than 30% of the course material, submitted your Module 1 practical lab assignment, and feel the course has not delivered value, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your tuition fee.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

• Refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment.
• The student must have watched less than 30% of total video lessons.
• No cryptographic certificate has been generated or issued for the profile.
• Requests must be emailed to theskillsfy@gmail.com with registered name, phone, and Razorpay payment ID.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed directly back to the original payment source (UPI / Bank Account / Debit Card) via the Razorpay Gateway within 5 to 7 working days.
