Terms of Service & Student Agreement

1. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All course content, video lectures, AI prompt libraries, Notion templates, and blueprints provided within the Skillsfy LMS are the exclusive intellectual property of Skillsfy - Institute of Technology and Founder Pranjil Soni.

Screen recording, unauthorized downloading, redistribution, or sharing of student portal credentials is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of account without refund and legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

2. Enrollment & Certification

Upon successful completion of all 14 AI modules and assignments, students receive a cryptographically verified Skillsfy Certificate with a unique roll number and QR code verifiable publicly on skillsfy.in/verify.

3. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from enrollment or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
